I worked at ADP full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good base, lots of commissions to be made. Great solution. Great resume builder for your next opportunity! Great training provided and will take a chance on someone new to PEO.

    Cons

Middle management in this division has created a turnover culture. You have very little control over your daily activities. 2 1/2 days a week will be spent in a cubicle or conference room sales meetings (no exceptions). New management puts more emphasis on metrics than actual sales numbers (threatened to put a Sr. Rep that had already made presidents club on a plan because of metrics). Even with good pay reps leave almost monthly under current regime in South Division, which again speaks to the current culture.

    Advice to Management

Dive into the heart of the issue that is causing the turnover culture. Believe in the values that you sell on the sky's the limit for TotalSource but not when reps are turning over and have $100k quotas every year.

    Pros

Great salary and compensation structure, the BEST products on the market, one of 4 companies with a Triple A credit rating, 350 million spent on research and development every year so you will always be armed with the best tools to compete with.

    Cons

Normal downsides of sales...you might have a manager that is a little scatter brained but, you get those anywhere.

    Advice to Management

Continue focusing on your people! Thank you!
