I have been working at ADP full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The people, the people are the reason I enjoy waking up every morning and coming into the office. In my 20 years with the company, I have met hundreds of people. People of all kinds from many nations. People who are intelligent, warm, and exciting. I am encouraged on a constant basis to grow and learn. Whether it be tuition reimbursement, seminars, trainings, or workshops, ADP helps me to be a better me. ADP has taken me around the world and the United States. ADP recognizes my talents and embraces them and encourages me to improve them. ADP is family.

    Cons

The only con is missing the people who retire or move on.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing.

I worked at ADP full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Sales Managers are there to help. Great products to get behind so selling against the competition is great and doable.

    Cons

I don’t remember any bad things. It’s a sales job so expect the norm. There were sales goals that were set high so expect to be “talked to” if you’re behind.

    Advice to Management

More initial training in the field.

Flexible schedule, free lunch m-th, fun work environment

    Cons

management is not a fan of work from home, capped at once a week (offered with the stipulation that they'd rather you were in the office)

I have been working at ADP full-time

    Pros

Great Benefits, company that cares about their employees and doing what’s right. Tons of career opportunities for those that put in the effort.

    Cons

Corporate politics. Just like any large company. Some leaders are better than others. Just like any company. Slowly transitioning to more progressive leadership.

I have been working at ADP full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Fantastic people. Even the long tenured people are very inclusive and fun to be around. ADP truly cares about the success of their employees, great training programs. Lots of opportunities to continuously grow and enhance your skills. They offer volunteer hours each year, match donations and are very involved with the community.

    Cons

Since there are a lot of opportunities throughout the company, Management seems to move around a bit. Many employees will have different managers quite a few times throughout their tenure.

    Advice to Management

Continue to hire great people as well as appreciate the knowledge that longer tenured associates bring to the organization.
