    I worked at ADP full-time

    Pros

The sales training is one of the best in the country; I will always take the content taught in the training with me throughout my career. Good place to begin a career in sales. Very reputable company, one of the best products/services in the market for CPAs, Business Owners.

    Cons

Unorganized management. Very high turnover; including sales management. The environment is a lot like high school--if you work there it is important to remember to stay out of the drama coworkers or management can create.

I have been working at ADP full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Because ADP is so large, there are a lot of opportunities. The opportunity to homeshore and deskshare after a year in a position are also great. Not to mention the free bus pass that all employees are given to encourage using public transportation vs driving which saves most people a lot of time and money.

    Cons

We dont get the day after Thanksgiving and the day before/after Christmas off. We use to get those days off when we were just Cobalt, but after the acquisition, things changed. Recognition also continues to be opportunity. I think most employees just want to be recognized and rewarded for the hard work they do.

I have been working at ADP full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The employees are friendly and are willing to take time out of their day to assist you if need be. I have had meetings with many of the executives including the CEO. Each one is genuine and personable. People that I would enjoy looking up to. The company has created a competitive advantage by becoming more technologically innovative, securing their lead in the Payroll & HCM industry. The company sends out announcements via email which keeps the employees "in the loop". It also celebrates the workers through random acts of kindness which makes me feel valued.

    Cons

Located near NYC, sudden traffic may occur.

I have been working at ADP full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

People that work there is the reason to work there Fair assessment of your work Care about the employees

    Cons

Difficult to advance with more responsibility because everyone loves to work there. This may be only in some locations. ADP is huge and internal growth may be less difficult elsewhere.

I have been working at ADP part-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

The Company has consistently invested in the success of its employees, even as it faced astronomical growth as a 'best-in-class' RPO. Work hard and play hard has been the motto, with demonstrated values of trust, flexibility, responsibility, and most of all- doing the right thing. Flexiblework hours, varied work tasks, intentional job progression, and generous benefits, join up with stellar teams and work that is enjoyable to make this a great place to develop or invest a career.

    Cons

The pace of the work and business changes can be challenging and affects moral as well as stability at times, but leadership and staff all know the challenges come with the territory. Leadership does an exceptional job of trying to head off or communicate challenges through deeply focused forecasting.
