Pros
Great company culture. Room for growth. If you work hard, you will reap the benefits of your hard work. We do an employee survey every year and we hear the results and are involved with improvements. Great pay as well. I love working for the leader in the industry.
Cons
Work life balance can sometimes be a challenge but most jobs I've been in....it's no different. You have to make it work.

Pros
Corporate American Company, good name to have on resume, fun team events, decent salary, great healthcare coverage, 401k and stock options.
Cons
Realize in sales you are just a number to the corporation. ADP is old company and not as flexible as startups and smaller companies. I did not have a good work life balance (but this all depends on the manager you have). All perks come with strings attached. Disgusting building in a bad part of Sacramento with old desks. I had to clean my desk my first day. Most employees are looking for jobs after year one at ADP; high turnover of sales employees. Half of service team was let go and their jobs outsourced to India while I was there. Biggest complaint is that my customers weren't happy with the product after I sold it to them and that I couldn't help customers with the problems they had.

Pros
They take care of and look out for their employees. Fairly good benefits and you can roll over 40 hours of PTO per year. Members of your team are always there to help and have your back. Your teammates want you to succeed.
Cons
Very underpaid for the work you do. So many team members and others company-wide leaving to accept similar positions at rival companies for much higher pay. People that leave aren't replaced and you're expected to pick up the slack with has led to extreme burnout and stress among employees. Interacting with other departments and needing things from them is too political and almost impossible to get anything done without a manager or director stepping in to escalate. You'll spend half your days in meetings and unable to get your work done and then your manager will ask why your work isn't done. Work/life balance isn't great and it's not unusual to have to work past end of shift.

Pros
Work from home, wonderful management and amazing incentive trips!
Cons
I wish they would allow more people to work from home, I am lucky enough to be able to but many aren't. It allows me awesome work/life balance and saves me from a 45 min+ commute each way!

They actually care (or do a good job pretending to) about their employees

Don’t go there if you expect to be well compensated or want a good work life balance

Pros
Great company culture, they take care of their employees and I feel like they have their employees best interest in mind, mostly everybody that I came across in the company was a pleasure to work with
Cons
Day to day of the job can be grueling and very stressful. They expect a lot of your time so the work life balance wasn't great.

Pros
Little bit good pay compare to other companies. good technologies
Cons
There is no work life blance and you can't think even for your family if you join ADP . There will be so much of pressure in every project. There will be lot of politics in teams and manager. if you are a new employee even if you work for hard you don't get good rating all the rating and promotion and good hick for old people only not for newly joined people so please think of it when ever your ready to join.
