Pros
Lots of incentives and contests. Great relationship with teammates. It's never a bad thing to have ADP on your resume. You can make lots of money if you have great relationships with upper management.
Cons
Those that make a lot of money have a great relationship with upper management and are given leads. Benefits are very expensive. Most managers micromanage. Most of the accounts are recycled & have been beat up by other reps. The 'new' leads given out each month are usually previous payroll or insurance clients that switched payroll platforms, resulting in duplicate accounts.
