I have been working at ADS Security full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Ethically run - I get great satisfaction knowing that I work for a company which I can trust to do the right thing.

Approachable leadership - the leadership team proclaims an open door policy, and sticks to it. I can stop by for a quick chat whenever there's something I think they should know, and they definitely listen.

Rewards success - ADS is fantastic at acknowledging and rewarding employees who go above and beyond. Between awards ceremonies, bonuses, and trips, ADS goes out of its way to make sure that the employees who make ADS great are taken care of.

    Cons

Rapid growth - ADS is growing quickly, which is great for the company, but that sometimes makes the job more difficult. As a developer, there's definitely plenty of complexity around creating software that can accommodate the many different ways that different branches operate! Part of the job is to help standardize those processes, but that's not always a painless process.

    Pros

ADS cares about their employees and really tries to keep the moral up

    Cons

The insurance benefits could be better as far as deductibles and out of pocket expenses

    Advice to Management

It would be nice if we could have better insurance benefits

I have been working at ADS Security full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Everyone treats you with respect. ADS is continually asking for ways they can improve. ADS has amazing values that most companies have lost these days.

    Cons

The only downside I have found is the company is located so far from my house.

I have been working at ADS Security full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Amazing culture surrounded by a cool and fun environment. Starting as a sales you are compensated well for the task that is required. i would recommend this job to someone that is good at creating there own leads and able to work on your own.

    Cons

do not give you very many leads at all, the company does not believe in advertising so they lack lead generation. If you are new to the area, do not have a big client base or have connections in your area, you must adapt quickly, or you will fail. They make it difficult for new guys to make more then there base salary.

    Advice to Management

Build a 90 day plan for new sales reps, create a schedule of house accounts, inactive accounts, and new sold homes in the area that they can map out, and execute on a daily basis! This will mold a daily schedule that they can fallow and ultimately know what needs to be done every single day to be successful ADS. New sales reps need much more guidance, turnover would much less if more investment was put into sales reps. All and all the management team is very good and wants you to be successful, they just need different tools.

Good training, good division. Family oriented.

    Cons

Don't give you time to grow pipeline, expectations are crazy. Especially with fierce competition.
