I have been working at ADS full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Military customers are great to work with and some fellow employees are awesome! This could be a great career starter for recent grads. Lots of parties and alcohol can make for a fun environment.

    Cons

I am writing this review because management strongly suggests that we leave positive reviews on sites like glass door. After looking at other reviews I see why. The negative reviews are correct. ADS has lots of sexual harassment and they are definitely OK with bending or breaking some rules. My pros above can also be cons if not willing to party with the leadership. I am...

    Advice to Management

Read the negative reviews and do something to fix the situation instead of responding with a coverup. You have many great people who work for you who could turn the company around. Don't be affraid to get rid of top executives instead of paying them to keep quite. This is a great industry and we do very important work. As someone else said in a review, its not enough to just post fancy core value statements all...

Thank you for taking the time to write your concerns. We take every complaint very seriously and we don't condone forced positive reviews. Since you are a current employee, I strongly encourage you to talk to someone if you feel there has been wrong doing.

    Pros

Working with the military Organized Data driven company Lots of alcohol provided while at work (not really a good thing when your customer is the Federal Government). Sexual favors are accepted for advancement opportunities

    Cons

If you are planning to work here, these are some things to consider during the interview process: -google ADS Department of Justice to get an idea of this company’s business practices. Ask if there are any current lawsuits pending against them as well - ask what percentage of current employees have worked here for 10+ years/5+ years to get an idea of how they “value” their employees — there aren’t many. -ask about...

    Advice to Management

Have some INTEGRITY. Get rid of the dirty scum bag executives who can’t keep their hands to themselves. This past year you have lost a lot of employees who do have morals and are ethical in their business practices and personal lives. Take notice.

I have been working at ADS full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

As a sales rep you can make a lot of money at ADS.

    Cons

Be prepared to bend the rules or flat out ignore them. Management is very corrupt. Everything they have been accused of by the DOJ they are guilty of. Sexual harassment is the norm.

    Advice to Management

    Management, you are the problem.

I worked at ADS full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Great mission, nice work environment

    Cons

Few growth opportunities, frat boy self serving upper management group. Sexual harassment is highly tolerated and winked at. For instance, one employee who was let go for sexual harassment retains an office (?!) and still occasionally roams the office kissing female employees. Another was demoted but still carries on with highly offensive...

    Advice to Management

You are not invisible, your employees see more than you think they do. Sacred cow employees who retain jobs because of who they know, are related to, or are sleeping with are a drain on the payroll and the morale of other employees. You have many really great people who are tired of being told there isn't any money for raises while the owners and posse of favorites line their own pockets and reward their favorites....
