    I worked at ADTRAN full-time

    Pros

    High salaries, great facilities.

    Cons

Inadequate training, may let you go for no reason other than your “not a good fit” after 13 days

    Advice to Management

Review all dynamics of position including a process for reprimand during the interview. Please give new hires meaningful assignments. Take more time deciding if an interviewee is the best candidate for the position rather than just trying to fill a req. Although, Alabama is an at will state, Normal Process for termination includes an issue being addressed before dismissal. Also, when you let go of an employee give them documentation. Finally, adjust your onboarding process. Your failing to properly train and direct new employees setting them up for failure then bailing out because Of YOUR lack of planning.

I have been working at ADTRAN full-time

    Pros

The atmosphere here is very laid back and the work life balance is great!

    Cons

During my time co-oping I wasn't given much to work on and felt like my time wasn't needed. I felt that I had the potential to learn a lot but my managers and supervisors didn't seem to want to take the time out of their day to teach me.

    Advice to Management

-Arrange specific projects for co-ops that will keep them busy and gain them valuable work experience
