A lot of good people work there, can be a lot of fun. Possible to set your own hours. Good location

    Cons

No upward mobility, low pay unless you're VP+ Company email brags about record profits but employees don't get raises or promotions. Out of touch management, not loyal to employees Cliquey like high school

I worked at AEG Live full-time

    Pros

    Exciting work environment
    Access to concerts

    Cons

Most positions were being overloaded with work. Standard work week was generally 60-80 hours a week for salaried positions and if you don't work that much, there is a vibe that you aren't pulling your weight.
Upper management seem sympathetic to problems, but don't do anything to actually fix issues.
    Poor communication throughout the departments
They only ever want the cheapest option they can get regardless of quality of equipment or providers, this usually ended up costing them more in the long run.

    Advice to Management

Don't be afraid to spend money on the worthwhile vendors. The company reputation wouldn't be so bad if we didn't seem like the 'budget option' compared to the other promoters in the market.
