    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook

I worked at AESI full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good benefits, close to market rate compensation

    Cons

Upper management related issues - CEO is hot and cold and it makes for a hostile working environment. When things are going well, you will get treated well but if the company goes through a downturn, watch out! Major revolving door here.

    Advice to Management

Step down and let someone else take over.
