    A Place where freshers are given immense training of the products and given cross functional training to acquire in depth knowledge of the products sold and different solutions provided.

    Cons

    As every company has some downsides, at AGC their is a lack in growth of an employee and opportunities to travel across the globe is less.

    No pros to be shared

    Cons

    Lots....uneducated and under-skilled employees, with main prerogative to back-bite and unethical work culture.....the higher management is unaware of the malpractices happening in the respective regions......projects are not completed within the stipulated time frame as the solution designing team provides inadequate solutions, which in turn are not executed by the project team, as a result an large amount of FOC is provided which eats up the GM.

    Pros

    The people - helpful, determined and experienced. The sales teams and sales enablement are industry veterans with tons of experience and a well-connected network.

    Cons

    Bad compensation, in a cash crunch, low commitment to customer values. No work-life balance. The company seems to be in a limbo between varying values post acquisition.

    I worked at AGC Networks full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Customer facing even as a fresher opportunity to travel India/abroad based on business requirements allows you to take up complete responsibility in your role and make a difference in spite of being a fresher Salaries for middle level management and upper level management are fairly good

    Cons

    Severe job pressure Salary for a fresher not in line with the kind of work load you are expected to take. Don't expect any guidance or mentoring.. you are on your own and will have to fend for yourself. Should be willing to travel constantly ,since job role requires you to be at customer site, which can be strenuous.
