I worked at AGCO full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The pay was very good, starting high for new hires and raising quickly with hard work

    Cons

Deadlines are set that sometimes can't be met due to constant retirement and laying off of coworkers, leaving individuals to do the jobs of multiple people

    I worked at AGCO

    Pros

    - Decent pay - Products are Good - Small Town

    Cons

    - Factory workers treated like garbage. - Union run - no encouragement to do your best. - Upward mobility is possible but difficult - Mid-management is impossible to deal with in any intelligent manner.

    Advice to Management

Treat people like people - respect and decency. Realign management philisophy around the fact that satisified and well-treated employees will positively affect your bottom line.
