    The health benefits are really great.

    Cons

    75 percent of the day is mostly driving.

    Pros

    Benefits somewhat good and they take good care of the individuals.

    Cons

    Managers and supervisors treat employees like crap and they get away with it no matter how much employees complains but because their paper work is on point they will do nothing. Eventually you have to live. Worst place to work.

    Too Much Work for Manager

    Advice to Management

    More Staff, Raises, Less Work, More time to do what our purpose is to serve/teach individuals.

    Pros

    I worked at the summer camp, Camp Loyaltown, for two years. It was an amazing eye opening experience that created friendships that will last a lifetime.

    Cons

    The change of leadership 2014 had a huge impact on campers and counselors. Many things were changed, some for the good and some that just didn't make and sense.

    Advice to Management

    Be open to keeping things the same as they were years ago. If it 'aint broke, dont fix it!

    Pros

    Health benefits are the only bonus in this job.

    Cons

    No support from upper management. Dog eat dog, cut throat atmosphere CYA is paramount. Consistent likelihood of being written up for nothing, preventing advancement. If you are not one of the chosen, you are out of consideration for advancement.

    Advice to Management

    At least try to act like you care about your employees and their opinions.

    Built relationships with the individuals.

    Cons

    Management constantly breathing down your back, too much seniority, no room for advancement. Poor pay.

    Pros

    Good medical benefits and vacation, if you can find time to take it.

    Cons

    Terrible pay, not many perks. Management is clueless. Politics everywhere. Dull, old culture. Nepotism. Disorganized directors and managers to the point of incompetence.

    Pros

    Great working with fellow colleagues. Also it was close to home.

    Cons

    The politics were unbearable. Pay also wasn't too great.

    Advice to Management

    Learn to treat all employees fairly if you want to retain staff.
