    Pros

    coworkers are very friendly and helpful. regular work hour is 9 to 5 but its up to you to determine what you do with your time and when you leave work.

    Cons

    pay is too little for the amount of work that you are required to do.

    Advice to Management

    increase pay rate by 7k and the quality of work and workers productivity would be better

    Pros

    Fellow staff help each other out in order to get by. Decent benefits.

    Cons

    No formal training until your 6th month, Business etiquette and consistency is poor, don't respect staff. The compensation reflects only a third of the amount of work your actually doing. Lots of favoritism. Cliques.

    Advice to Management

    either lighten the caseload or compensate the employees better.

    Uncaring managerial staff. There is very little interest in the consumer except money.

    The pros are the fact that its not a hard for a job and the starting pay is nice. They also have a lot of assignments

    Cons

    Dealing with some of the attitudes and not always being able to find a suitable case for your borough

    Advice to Management

    Improve as much as you can!!
