I worked at AIA Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Not much I can think of. Pay and benefits are decent. Enployee insurance discount. Staff only canteen and cafe available at Stubbs office.

    Cons

Very politics environment. Everyone work in silo and not willing to collaborate. The empowerment model doesn't make sense to the Group Marketing department, no authorities and no influences to local markets, the roles are meaningless. No KPI is being set for the team so no one needs to do the hard work.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees. Get someone with relevant background and experience to be on the marketing management team.
