    Good working environment. Good allowances. Lunch every Wednesday. Nice workmates ( analyst ) . Good career advancement

    Cons

    Base pay will be decreased when you're converted to permanent from contractor. Rude leads. High number of calls. Stressful. Dirty politics

    Please hire staffs with experience. Not by recommendation as people who are with experience being ignored. Verbal communication decides the acceptance of a candidate for higher positions
