    Flexibly, very open to explaining their level of satisfaction by seeking their career path.

    Cons

    Not very open to delegating tasks, or responsibilities. Nothing was really shown on the job.

    Advice to Management

    Be sure that the staff is willing to teach us something we will use in the working world.

    Introverted actuaries, hard to communicate

    Company cares for you, resources available for interns so they feel accepted, training and seminars provided by the firm

    Cons

    Small offices outside of New York or Houston, not a lot of meaningful work for the intern, culture depends on your manager

    Very unique job, can travel around to different sites, encompasses a variety of industries

    To do a good job assessing sites, prior knowledge of codes and/or industry processes is necessar
