    I have been working at AIG full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    A lot of training within the two year rotation. The rotation program is new but very focused on building talent

    Cons

    Managers can be a hit or miss. But once you reach out you will get the necessary help. Just keep working hard

    Whom you know matters a lot rather than what you know and contribute.

    Advice to Management

    Provide stability to the workforce. Instability kills the motivation. Reduce meetings.

    Excellent benefits and 401k match.
    Flexible work arrangement.
    Global brand name.
    Competitive salary.

    Cons

    Lots of changes.
    You must be in here for the long haul.

    Advice to Management

    Merit Increases to deserving employees would be great - without them having to ask.

    great benefits, work life balance

    Cons

    benefits administration is too bureaucratic and takes too long. This is not a surprise because of this vast size but it can be very frustrating for employees.

    Good work and life balance; No micro-management from the superior; Good benefit;

    Cons

    Some technology in the production line is dated. Salary never got adjusted with the inflation.
