    I have been working at AIG full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Great benefit, PTO, match 401k higher than most companies, work from home option. Nice office, friendly co workers. Got great bonus per performance

    Cons

    No monthly meeting in the department. Other than that i dont think there is any other cons in my dept

    Advice to Management

    Merit increase would be nice for top performer

    Pros

    Great work experience. HR does an excellent job with intern training and preparation. A lot of depth and variety at a large company that provides both insurance and investment product.s

    Cons

    Some mundane work at times. Sometimes slow deal flow during particular weeks or seasons. Not as much transparency among underwriting product-specific departments and other divisions.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to recruit young talent in an industry that typically has workforce of an older generation.
