      So-so benefits & pay Lots of travel for most positions Mostly remote teamwork, requires awkward working hours Holacracy structure can be challenging (not for everyone)

      Employees are highly valued here; Under Holacracy (decentralized management, self-organizing teams), product development/improvement can progress rather quickly. Increased efficiency by avoiding disorganized managerial opinions or politics; Annual reviews/raises and performance based bonuses; Excellent vacation policy and good benefit package; Family atmosphere; Great co-workers! Stand up desk, updated equipment/electronics; Peaceful atmosphere to work! Picnic/dinner party/birthday surprises;

      Cons

      The office can be very quiet at times because of flexible work from home policy; It's a small company so there aren't a lot of career paths to take; Initially might take some time to warm up with the Holacracy rhythm.
