I worked at AIRCOM International full-time

    Pros

I was full-time in 2012-2013-2014 in Bothell, WA. The team there was really great, although they lost some members after Aircom was acquired by TEOCO. Still, they have few professionals. Benefits are moderate. PTO time was really good.

    Cons

Benefits are moderate. Lack of space to be promoted. Management is too far - TX and VA.

    Advice to Management

Be close to WA office, include remote teams to company's activities, projects, etc.

I worked at AIRCOM International (Less than a year)

    Pros

Knowledgeable, friendly, and diverse co-workers. Straightforward leads and supervisors with clear communication.

    Cons

Project was for major telecomm company who dropped the entire platform for the upgrade that the project team was working on. Due to that, my only complaint was that my stay there was so short and they didn't have any other placement for me.
