Pros
Our culture is a big focus! Our team is very supportive and feels more like a family.
Cons
As with all companies there will always be room for improvement but with that said, AIS is always a ever evolving company improving as we go.

Pros
The main pro I found was leaving at the end of the day. I also liked the layout of the office.
Cons
They'll watch you on camera every second of the day, you can't use the restroom, you get harassed if the kitchen drawer isn't full of forks and if the pretzels aren't aligned neat enough, verbal abuse from supervisors, entitled management, no fulfillment, layoffs aka no job security. My supervisor was extremely aggressive and loud but hated when I would laugh or show joy.

Pros
Leadership is always looking for ways to improve the business, processes, and technology to make the best possible experience for our employees and to service our customers. The company culture is second to none. Most companies state what their culture is and have it on paper, but AIS constantly strives to adhere to all the principles and hire people that are a good fit.
Cons
A few growing pains while expanding the business, but that is mostly normal with growth and is always being addressed.

Pros
Good parties twice a year
Cons
Management never gives feedback. You just keep doing your job until the president says it’s not right. No raises in 3 years until 2 months ago then you get a cost of living raise of 2%.

Pros
Nurturing and collaborative environment. You can tell the people care about each other and the community. We get paid time off, paid vacation time off, paid volunteer time off, a matching 401(k), and so much more.
Cons
The health insurance could be better, but it is not bad.

Pros
I've been part of the AIS family for 5 years. Our AIS family is diverse in many ways. There is a wide age range which makes for great collaboration. One of the things I appreciate about AIS is that management really does it's best to make the company a great place to work. The core values of AIS are in line with it's mission statement-Adapt, Integrity, Surpass, Nurturing, Optimistic, Wow! AIS seeks to create transparency in everything it does for their team and their clients. Being a part of the evolving and developing culture at AIS has been rewarding. AIS offers endless training and some pretty terrific perks such as incentive trips and bonuses, fabulous events for the team and for clients. AIS also allows us to volunteer up to 3 days with pay at any non-profit of our choice. We have a peer recognition platform that allows us to earn points and redeem them for neat prizes. But my favorite thing about being a part of the AIS family is that AIS really does care about their customers-and providing top tier customer service.
Cons
Their really is no downside to working at AIS. You get out of it, what you make of it-as with any career or job-it's all about attitude.

Pros
AIS is an excellent company to work for. I’ve been with the company for a few years and it’s been a great experience. What I like the most about AIS is that they value their employees and show appreciation for what you do for the organization. Majority of the managers are helpful, fun to work with, great leaders, and are passionate about what they do for AIS. The culture and environment is awesome. AIS provides trainings for employees during the year and also brings motivational speakers to their annual Kick-Off meetings. Let me not forget to mention that every year each employee has the opportunity to be part of the President’s Trip!
Cons
None that come to mind. This company does a lot for their team members each year. It’s been a pleasure to be part of this great organization.

Pros
AIS is a rewarding company to work for. The executive team encourages us to be our best both at work and outside of work by offering paid volunteer time and encouraging healthy habits. Our offices are updated continually, giving us all the tools needed to be successful. I feel extremely valued as an employee and fortunate to work with such amazing people.
Cons
Company wide events happen only a few times a year.

Pros
AIS is great to work for. There are a lot of perks and the people I get to work with are great. Everyone is passionate about what they do and that has lead us to become better as individuals and as a company. Echoing another review you get out of AIS what you put in.
Cons
There could be more opportunities to mingle with co-workers and get to know people. Sometimes collaboration and communication could be better.
