Fun environment, no dress code, sense of community, good discount, room for advancement, flexible scheduling, fun employee events
Cons
Little incentive to advance, non competitive pay (they do not pay you what your position is worth), they will work you to death, favoritism, micro-management, lack of communication or directive, little to no training.
