    Pros

On top of conducting reflection sessions, which personally, I find to be inspiring for the children, you'll also be friends with other coaches. It's a job which requires good communication and energy.

    Salary is decent.

    Cons

You'll be exhausted after an overnight camp of a few days.

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at AKLTG (More than a year)

    Pros

Dynamic atmosphere, provides training opportunities for youth trainers and coaches who are entering the industry without experience, allows for certain leadership opportunities if coaches want to step up

    Cons

Some amount of office politics as programme directors tend to choose coaches they are more comfortable with irrespective of ability, long hours at the job for minimum-wage pay

    Advice to Management

For a company dedicated to training coaches and participants, the learning experience and not the profit margin should always come first. Sometimes decisions by management seem to put profits before learning experiences.
