I worked at AKLTG full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexibility. At the very least, you can come in late when you have programs or events late at night, and there is cab provided when you end work late.

    Cons

    The working environment is messy.

Honestly, if you join this company, expect to ba ka liao.

Too many programs to manage, and job scope too blurred, and broad. Doing too much leads to lack of focus and mediocre performance.

To prospective employees, the people generally are a nice lot, but the working environment is messy, and too fast paced to keep up with, honestly.

    Advice to Management

Hire more people, focus on long term goals, not short term bottom goals.

I worked at AKLTG part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

As Long as you are sucking up to Patrick you will get places. If not suck thumb I Guess. Honestly Patrick is a good person. It's the people around him.

    Cons

My division head is full of nonsense. He doesn't know his facts and loves to talk all the time. I can't stand his attitude towards others. They say a lot about do whatever it takes, participate, do more than expected blah blah blah but the truth is that there are just making use of the staff to the max. I am sorry but this is the truth.

    Advice to Management

Please go train yourself before training other people. Don't waste people's time. Get rid of your managers. Please ask AK to care for others and not make use of them to make himself more money.

    I worked at AKLTG full-time

    Pros

Maybe they are good actors, and will pretend to be your Friend so that they can get information from you. And use it to threaten You to do to their bidding.

    Cons

They will insist and force their staff for training, and when the employee leaves, AKLTG will force them to pay, through threatening. They seem to be making money off this

    Advice to Management

You are a training company, how can you make employees pay when they attend your training? It's wrong.
