I worked at AKLTG full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexibility. At the very least, you can come in late when you have programs or events late at night, and there is cab provided when you end work late.

    Cons

    The working environment is messy.

Honestly, if you join this company, expect to ba ka liao.

Too many programs to manage, and job scope too blurred, and broad. Doing too much leads to lack of focus and mediocre performance.

To prospective employees, the people generally are a nice lot, but the working environment is messy, and too fast paced to keep up with, honestly.

    Advice to Management

Hire more people, focus on long term goals, not short term bottom goals.
