    Pros

    You get to learn a lot on the job and people are generally friendly and there to help.

    Cons

    Management may not always be receptive to new ideas but be persistent and if you're right, they eventually will.

    Awesome workplace with vibrant work environment and flexible schedule.Learn lots of skills and knowledge.Great employee engagement.

    Cons

    Generally,benefits may not be as much as other companies but the working experience is worth it.

    Some coaches are not well-trained and less passionate/

    Pros

    As it is a rather small company, there are lots of learning opportunities and responsibilities to be undertaken.

    Cons

    Not much system in place, however it could have improved over the years.

    the flexibility is something to appreciate. the people are nice to work with

    too much of an advantage becomes a disadvantage, in some instance, having a structure will ideal.

    Pros

    On top of conducting reflection sessions, which personally, I find to be inspiring for the children, you'll also be friends with other coaches. It's a job which requires good communication and energy.

    Salary is decent.

    Cons

    You'll be exhausted after an overnight camp of a few days.

    good personal growth, everyone is driven and dynamic. good learning opportunities
    access to adam khoo himself
    access to good learning tools and techniques

    Cons

    bad work life balance, give your life away to clients, bosses who are slave drivers and stingy
    boss will not pay out 13th month AWS bonus just so he can win an award
    expected to work until wee hours of the night

    Advice to Management

    focus more on the ground feelings, rather than aiming to win awards
