    Pros

    Very skilled and knowledgable individuals.
    Helpful and friendly people in eery department.
    Teams operate in a way respective of the client.
    Innovative in every aspect.
    Stylish office space.

    Cons

    Hours can be long if working with an overseas client.
    Some roles are not wholly defined, so conflicts can arise.

    Advice to Management

    Continue shooting for the stars and encouraging staff to deliver their best, but be aware that sometimes the atmosphere can be tense due to overworking.

    Pros

    I've been working at AKQA for over 3 years and still get the same buzz and excitement about projects that I did in year 1. Working with some of the best clients, on some of the most challenging and truly inspirational projects with teams that will push and support you all the way.

    Cons

    If you want a 9-5 lifestyle with a very structured framework then it's probably not the place for you.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you're doing.

    Pros

    Great social scene with added extras like breakfasts, jimmy's bar, cinema outings, gym facilities, massages, fruit ....
    Excellent talent to work with!

    Cons

    Work you hard. Can be stingy on the pay brackets and generally put you a title below your level, make sure you negotiate on arrival.

    It's a place to get amazing things done
    Collaborative culture, feels like people want you to succeed

    Cons

    Can feel like WPP wants money to come first creativity second (though this is resisted!)
    Felt like a daunting agency at first

    Pros

    People are so nice, and they don't have huge egos. It's only about making great work. Everyone is friendly, the brands are great, the work culture is perfect.

    Cons

    Sometimes it's hard to follow what happens to your ideas, they could be better at communication.

    Pros

    I have been working at AKQA for last half a year and it is everything you cold ask for as far as creative agencies go. The work is incredibly interesting, even if challenging at times. The benefits and overall working culture is great. People are generally very positive and open minded.
    The monthly drinks are a blast as well.
    Thumbs up.

    Cons

    Recruitment process can be a bit unwieldy.
    I assume that at times work / life balance will not be ideal, but that is true for every agency in London.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work, streamline the recruitment process and keep employing great talent.

    World-class team and great attitude. Leadership is inspiring and structure is very flat. Youthful thinking is rewarded and put on the front line.

    Cons

    Lots of change - making some team members uneasy or frustrated but a good way to practice what the company preaches.

    Keep it up, and take care of the team.
