The latest conversations about Healthcare
What do you eat working 8-5? I've always cooked during the week and then taken left overs to work on my weekend shifts. However life is changing. I'll be working 8-5 now. How do you all handle cooking/making lunches when working 8-5? Any programs in particular you like for recipes or meal planning kits?
Has anyone completed the LPN to RN online bridge program with Excelsior? Would you recommend it? Why/why not? Were you able to keep a full time during the process? If you have a family/kids how doable was it? I had a super difficult time with my mental health during my lpn nursing school, I was single parent and sole provider and still am. I want to make sure it isn’t crazy tedious. Also, once you graduated, did you feel the school’s education was competent compared to other nurses?
Certified Medical Assistant
Any suggestions for healthcare careers that are becoming in high demand… I don’t want to be a nurse. I was trying to do my bachelors in Health Science but she also suggested Healthcare Admin but that doesn’t seem too intriguing. I have experience as a medical assistant (Otho & Substance Abuse) but wouldn’t mind working from home but also open to something that could be 12 hour shifts in the hospital.

Alto Healthcare is an overall standout company and is expanding rapidly. They offer competitive benefits and compensation, as well as a very friendly and cooperative workspace. A growing work environment is something they thrive on, while still maintaining the personal touch that is needed to help individuals in all positions succeed. All around a very inclusive and diverse workplace that I, and many others, are very proud to be apart of.

* Compassionate CEO who strives to lead by example. * Understanding and flexible to employee needs. * Culture, employee wellbeing and happiness is a priority.
I believe Alto has a much lower amount of cons, than the majority of companies out there.

Lies about commission High bill rates for the company to exceed their business but they have low pay. Leadership is out of contact with it's employees High rate of turnover Community is mostly black and white and 90% women Bad amount of leads Lack of trainingALTO Health Care Staffing Response11mo
I am very sorry to see this as I make it my personal mission to stay in touch with the company that I personally founded. Though you are no longer with our company, we invite you to call to speak with myself or another member of our leadership team with these concerns. If you choose not to call to adress your concerns, all I can say is that Positive People Yeild Positive Results. We have never lied about commission and recruiters that meet their metrics receive commission as we have the best plan in the industry!

Helped me through a long and trying first contact signing. Very helpful throughout my contract. Learned my schedule and didn't call when I was sleeping. Supportive and caring.
Lot of resigning due to clerical errors.
