Pros
Alto Healthcare is an overall standout company and is expanding rapidly. They offer competitive benefits and compensation, as well as a very friendly and cooperative workspace. A growing work environment is something they thrive on, while still maintaining the personal touch that is needed to help individuals in all positions succeed. All around a very inclusive and diverse workplace that I, and many others, are very proud to be apart of.

I believe Alto has a much lower amount of cons, than the majority of companies out there.

Weekly pay, flex scheduling, incredibly kind and compassionate leadership, fun and inclusive company culture. I feel welcome and comfortable here.

Lies about commission High bill rates for the company to exceed their business but they have low pay. Leadership is out of contact with it's employees High rate of turnover Community is mostly black and white and 90% women Bad amount of leads Lack of training

Though you are no longer with our company, we invite you to call to speak with myself or another member of our leadership team with these concerns. If you choose not to call to adress your concerns, all I can say is that Positive People Yeild Positive Results. We have never lied about commission and recruiters that meet their metrics receive commission as we have the best plan in the industry!

Helped me through a long and trying first contact signing. Very helpful throughout my contract. Learned my schedule and didn't call when I was sleeping. Supportive and caring.
