I worked at AMC Entertainment full-time

    Pros

Flexible scheduling, laid back environment. A good job to have while in high school and college. The company wants their employees to have fun at work and the culture is very diverse. Get to spend time with your friends and see free movies! You also get free popcorn, fountain drinks, ICEE’s, coffee when you’re on the clock.

    Cons

Very corporate culture, too much emphasis on the bottom line and not enough attention on employee satisfaction. Part time employees get no benefits. Even full time benefits aren’t much. Raises are less than $1 a year even as a manager.

I worked at AMC Entertainment part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Job can be fun. Just your basic theater job though. Box office, concessions, kitchen and usher were all different roles you had depending on the day.

    Cons

Management is horrible. No room for growth/advancement, only focused on your negatives and not positives, write ups for everything (even calling out sick) and never took employee advice on how to improve productivity.
