figure out how to get more guests to come and spend money so we can raise salaries, because a manager making $13 an hour is shameful.

    Pros

You get to attend films at any AMC theatre in the country for free, which can be fun! The overall work environment is very friendly and casual; the work isn't hard and if you keep a positive attitude you can have a great time!

    Cons

Guests will complain about the price of admission/concessions constantly. It's a lot of biting your tongue.
