I worked at AMC Entertainment part-time

    Pros

Free popcorn, drinks and movies for you and your friends. A lot of hours given if you want them and a flexible schedule.

    Cons

Not much room for growth into other positions.

    Advice to Management

Expand the services and create more positions like supervisors under managers so that more people will want to work longer to hit new titles.

    Pros

Management was awesome and very involved, pay is pretty solid, and almost all employees seemed to want to work there.

    Cons

A good portion of your pay is tip share so if you get unlucky and are assigned to less busy days it can be harder to make money.

    Advice to Management

Management should keep up with being involved with employees, and might want to work on keeping schedules more consistent.
