    Creative Work Environment, The intern project allowed us to meet other interns and bring different elements from each of our departments together, The executive staff was very friendly

    Sometimes there was too much work assigned to be completed in one day

    You'll find a family like atmosphere in some areas and there is growth for those who know where to look.

    Cons

    The most recent efforts at downsizing put in place across the company appear to be dragging morale down in areas.

    Advice to Management

    Too much work across too few heads may have people heading out the door or looking for the nearest exits.
