Government Contracting - mostly work on highly specialized cloud and security projects. A fun place to work, great management, small company with a startup feel. Growing quickly.

Because it’s a small group, there is unstated pressure to put in extra time. You may have to reach outside your specialty and wear many hats.

Pros
Easy interview, had an interview with the recruiter of the company. 2nd interview was with one of the developers. No technical questions, just spoke about my resume. The last interview was on site. Also no technical questions, they spoke about the project they're currently working on.
Cons
The company has no structure, all over the place. Theyre still at the startup phase.
