    poor communication, misdirected management, under staffed for work expectations

    Pros

    Very fast paced work environment with a lot of opportunities if you are willing to put in the work. Chances to do different jobs than you were hired in for.

    Cons

    The industry ca be challenging and there can be ups and downs that can have an impact on morale. Need to be flexible in order to survive.

    not so much pressure, work load is flexible. Do not need to work over-time

    the pay is relatively low. you can't learn a lot of things

    Very good stepping stone job in a lot of ways, and the low level management is personable and approachable.

    Cons

    Work-life balance isn't very good, i.e. long hours are expected, but not very many people aren't salaried.
