I worked at ANADIGICS as an intern (More than a year)
Good office atmosphere and good management
Unfortunately the local office shut down
I worked at ANADIGICS full-time (More than 5 years)
Although Anadigics didn't make it as a company, went through a lot of tough times and ultimately was sold off, it was a fantastic place to work. Some of the same people still work there, at least under it's new owner II-VI, so my feedback is still applicable. Aside from the uncertainty, furloughs, and layoffs, the culture was as positive as it could be. Very nice people and very casual (yet professional) company culture. Many managers did a great job taking care of their employees and mine was the best mentor I ever had. I left due to relocation but would have enjoyed working there long-term.
Poor decisions at the highest level that led to collapse, but mid-level management and the efforts of those on the ground were top notch.

Employees are very helpful and will make sure that you understand the concepts before you start working on the instruments
You have to spend 9 hours at work just because the lunch hour is not counted. I have to spend 11 hours for a 8 hour job. 2 hours take me for travelling.
