I worked at ANGL part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Most of the staff at the store was great but a lot of people would come and go very often. Easily promoted because of people quitting so much

    Cons

The corporate team is a joke. They expect so much but treat their employees like crap. All they care about is making money and not how their employees are doing. Favoritism is obvious. DM is not very friendly. The owner is even worse... obviously doesn't care about employees. Horrible pay. I knew a manager who got paid $12/hour. Stores were getting served with eviction notices that's why so many stores closed down. Things...

    Advice to Management

Treat employees better because they are the ones at the stores selling the product for you to make money and offer better wages then maybe you'd have employees that actually stick around. Really hope you realize this because there is so much potential.

I worked at ANGL full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Good hours if your a good worker

    Cons

Managers do what they want You work by yourself most of the time and have to open and close by yourself They ask for a lot than a typical retail job but nothing good in return Can't really move up unless your good friends with a manager

    Advice to Management

Check up on every store and ask questions at least bi weekly or monthly to employees to ask how they feel or how is the store doing because store managers just complain and tell higher ups and probably just laugh it off
