      Easy. Own scheduling. fun to work

      Cons

      No interpersonal relationships. HR is a joke. No hours allocated to complete deadlines. Low Compensation

      You can find a better paying job.,

      Pros

      They have some Trendy clothes.

      Cons

      Although the clothes are trendy they are not good quality. The corporate management is very poor.

      Advice to Management

      Create area manager positions so each store has bi-weekly visits and proper follow up.

      I worked at ANGL full-time for more than a year

      Pros

      Not bothered too much by annoying District Manager. Allowed to do own visual merchandising. 30% store manager discount. Small easy to manage team.

      Cons

      Home office positions are given only to friends of home office employees. They sit around gossiping and try to get store employees involved in their childish drama..

      Advice to Management

      This is not a high school sleepover. get your act together.

      I worked at ANGL full-time for less than a year

      There are absolutely no pros

      Cons

      Unorganized, Underpayed, Overworked, Horrible Discount, Bad location. Horrible Upper Management. Owner hardly speaks english. Korean favoritism. District Manager and Buyer are delusional, conceited and completely out of touch with reality.

      Advice to Management

      Get some more training, compassion, and sense of direction. Oh yeah and set up a commision structure
