I worked at ANGL part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Flexible schedule, good for people who are still in school and need to work part time in order to make ends meet. 20% discount on clothes is a plus as well.

    Cons

the pay isn't great. It is a typical clothing store job so you should know what to expect. It is also very hard to get a raise, even if you have been working there for a while.

    Advice to Management

If employees have shown their dedication to your store by working there for a while, it would be nice to promote from within to management positions. Hiring outside people isn't always the best decision.

    I worked at ANGL part-time

    Pros

Easy going and gave a lot of power to the sales associate. The company did not try hard to replace managers who left the stores and had the sales associate run the store which allowed flexible scheduling.

    Cons

lack of communication with the headquarters. Any problems in the store were not dealt with and customer service with from the headquarters were not available, leaving the sales associate to deal with major costumer complaints.

I have been working at ANGL part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Schedules given very far in advance!! Fun environment and great if you love fashion and creating visuals. There is a ton of room for creativity and individuality, making each location unique! Very flexible schedule.

    Cons

The stores are very busy which can also be a pro if you enjoy always having something to do.

    Advice to Management

Everything is run very smoothly and effectively!! Very happy with this company
