    Positive Outlook

I have been working at ANSR Source full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great organizational culture! The crowd is very young and smart. The leads and project managers are also young, but really know what they are doing and do it well. The HR policies in place are really good. Perks, benefits, and compensation are competitive and at par with the best in the industry. Priority is given to employee comfort and security.

    Cons

Work tends to get repetitive and boring after a while. End of the day, it is a corporate that runs on the client-project-revenue basis. More importance is given to getting work done on time than on variety or critical thinking. The feedback system is not the best it can be, and after a while, one might feel that one does the same thing over and over again, with little improvement or appreciation.

    Advice to Management

Please incorporate some space for learning on the job; not just from QA scores or two-day training sessions. But one that incorporates real change in skills which can be implemented on the job and markedly proves improvement to oneself. It would also help to ensure that employees get to try different kinds of projects.
