I worked at ANSR Source full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Friendly people, good work environment, the work was straightforward and the company gives you lots of guidance and help. Also a good work-life balance. Also a good salary

    Cons

There was a lot of unnecessary paperwork - the same information had to be entered into the timesheets and Excel files.

    Advice to Management

None that I can think of.

I have been working at ANSR Source full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Friendly colleagues, the office dog, you get to learn about corporate behaviour, slight learning curve.

    Cons

Rigid, unrealistic work timings, ineffective and an inefficient HR department, below average pay, terrible quality food served, curbs creativity, monotonous in nature.

    Advice to Management

Please restructure the HR department and work timings.

I have been working at ANSR Source full-time for less than a year

    Pros

You might improve your language capabilities.

    Cons

Mismanagement Unresponsive and dismissive HR - The one group of people you are supposed to trust, as an employee, is the one group who will not be on your side. They will let you down and make coming to work an uncomfortable experience. My bank account has not even been made into a salary account by these guys. They DO NOT care about their employees. Lack of ownership - No one in the senior roles will ever accept... a fault of theirs officially. They will penalize the lower level employees for their mistakes. Also some of the senior employees seem to make it their life's mission to demoralize those who work under them. Unexplained firing - Aside from the high attrition rate that exists due to some of the above reasons, people have been fired without providing a solid reason. They keep you on probation without confirming you for no reason. The company or its top level employees play some dirty tactics here to make you lose hope and your job. Miscellaneous - Illogical work hour strictness. Being blamed for when an electronic system fails to work. Having your mood at work (which you did not impose on anyone else) being called into question by saying "you should smile more at the office" without asking why you are not smiling. Policies that change at the HR's whim and fancy. Free lunch that, though being free, still manages to depress you.

    Advice to Management

Don't be fooled by the few smiling senior level employees you have. They are either 'yes men' or they have just been paid enough to smile or both. People are not happy here. Your HR department and several of your team leads have ensured that your employees are unhappy. Even after being told what problems we have, HR does not address them and addresses a separate, self-invented problem. This is why people are leaving.... Extensive hiring and a disgusting free lunch is not going to solve your problems. Maybe you guys don't even care about the well being of your employees. Maybe we are just cattle for your slaughter. However, for the longest time at this company I have felt like a carrot has been dangled in front of me, and the carrot is poison. Fix it, or lose your company to bad management.
