    Approves of CEO

I worked at ANSR Source full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Good facilities Flexible work hours Supportive peers Excellent language training

    Cons

Poor guideline dissemination due to carelessness of middle management Blame transference and unjust penalisation by making trainees work extra Middle management wastes company's time by useless and unecessary back and forth with junior employees to prove their point Take pleasure in engaging in unpleasant meetings No future in the company after 6 months A majority are not confirmed on petty grounds

    Advice to Management

Middle management needs to be checked. They often think they can get away with transferring the blame on to trainee authors.
