I have been working at ANSR Source full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Well established elearning company still figuring to establish best practices.

    Cons

Many: (1)The managers are not good. They treat employees as machines and do not understand employee concerns. (2) Frequent changes in structure. Though the company was established in 2004, it still has no set up processes, well established leadership in middle management is required. (3) With current changes, managers are only looking for their own KRA's rather focusing on the big picture. (4) No career... path (5) Experience achieved here is irrelevant in the market. (6) Few BU heads are not capable to handle their department ...Media team...Team members are given more work to handle and their effort is not appreciated.

    Pros

    Cons

    1. Been about 14 years, and still figuring out how to run the show. 2. The ex-CEO was way better than the new one in the block. 3. Middle management needs to be changed completely.

    Advice to Management

Please Stop this act & don't spoil our career. Pull the shutter. It's a request!

I worked at ANSR Source full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Good facilities Flexible work hours Supportive peers Excellent language training

    Cons

Poor guideline dissemination due to carelessness of middle management Blame transference and unjust penalisation by making trainees work extra Middle management wastes company's time by useless and unecessary back and forth with junior employees to prove their point Take pleasure in engaging in unpleasant meetings No future in the company after 6 months A majority are not confirmed on petty grounds

    Advice to Management

Middle management needs to be checked. They often think they can get away with transferring the blame on to trainee authors.

    I worked at ANSR Source

    Pros

Supportive peers - The only reason why i could survive the few months i worked. Excellent language training - I have improved alot. Thank you! Login flexibility

    Cons

Unnecessary meetings - A one line email could work No future in the company - No clear vision No KPI / KRA's Micromanaging to the core, without even knowing what is the real work all about Middle management needs to be checked - Wouldn't bother to pay attention to concerns. Rather, just change the topic, and discuss about tv series/game shows/pets/recent trips etc.. Forever.

    Advice to Management

Please have a proper metric in place to judge a person's know-how Do not hire experienced professionals, and ruin their career. Serving 10/12 years in the same company, and travelling around the globe does not make a person good enough to handle a team/senior role. Right experience, and relevant exposure matters.

    Pros

    - Flexibility w.r.t work hours

    Cons

    - Middle Management needs to change - Chief Mentor role needs to be given to someone who really knows something, and not to those who think they know - Team briefing needs to differ

    Advice to Management

Please give people what they deserve - Not based on Years served with Ansrsource
