    Pros

    If you adapt well to change there are a lot of opportunities to move overseas and to different areas.

    Cons

    Very political. Management communication is poor.
    CTOs are not on leadership teams. This reflects how tech is valued and lack of improvement for internal systems.
    Too many people not willing to change because they have worked there for 20 years +.

    Advice to Management

    Improve basic technology offering internally to allow staff to be more productive.
    Promote and retain young talent. They will work hard and help the organisation move forward.

    . Best for working women employees.

    . No individual career growth and sustained at low rate.
    . No learning curve.
    . Routine type of work.
    . Lots of politics.
    . No voice for employee.
    . Misuse of policies and lack of voice.
    . Line Managers are more powerful than HR's.

    Advice to Management

    . Please try to encourage employees who are really working at the ground and they are the actual pillars who continuously work hard. Mangers are equally important not less than the employees. Employees career are more ruined by managers who actually plays a crucial role in the company ie more powerful than HR's.

    You and your employees already know there are problems. Quit sweeping them under the table and denying they exist.
