At AOL you are able to have a good work/life balance. There is a great team atmosphere and everyone seems to really enjoy working there.

    Pros

Super benefits. Good people, good technology infrastructure, good facilities, will to change, bright future which depends on execution. Generous packages.

    Cons

Indifferent people, legacy technology, some perks not advertised well. The (annual) purge :) which causes the survivors more stress and envious of packages.
