    Positive Outlook

I have been working at AOS Research full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Everyone is pretty friendly. There is always something new to learn. Great location. Not so depressing like other call centers I know.

    Cons

It is still a call center. You've got to be comfortable with sitting at a computer most of the day.

    Advice to Management

As the company grows, more mid-level management opportunities would create motivation for entry-level employees. I'm sure that will eventually happen.

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at AOS Research (Less than a year)

    Pros

Easy job and fairly quick training. decent working environment. Pay is very good for the work required and good location in downtown Wilmington.

    Cons

If you are looking for steady work I would recommend you keep looking. If there is no project you will not have any work. I had to quit after three weeks of no hours or work.
