    Pros

    You can get away with anything, so if you're a slacker this is the place for you.

    Cons

    No promotions,no raises ever, best employees treated same as slackers, management can't control their employees. Like a daycare.

    Advice to Management

    Crack down on policy. Needs to be more professional, weed out the bad employees, they bring the rest down.

    Pros

    loved the people that i worked with from the OM to the rep sitting next to me. great pay lots of overtime

    Cons

    they new that they had lost contract and didnt tell us until it was too late to look for another job they did not have another contract for us to work for so over 85 people are just out of work.

    Advice to Management

    be honest with the people that work for you we work hard for you guys we want the company to be just a successful if not more then you do, pay us more then 12$ hourly we are putting in the man hours and overtime for the sake of the company show us that we have value to you at least with real bonus and incentives i loved apac i loved the people i worked with they are the most hard working dedicated people you will ever encounter i just feel like your mandota heights location could do way better.

    Pros

    Pay more less matches living being objective.

    Cons

    No employee development. In many businesses that concern with huge production have an issue in management and other layers. Any company is a group of people on the mission. If mission or direction is unknown " if you don't know where you going you will end up some where else" .

    Advice to Management

    Lack of leadership. Labor and management are disengaged. People do not reads books here just executors. Where leader goes so environment goes. No employee development what so ever only what is necessary. I like to provide encouragement and constructive criticism.

    Decent call center wage. On-site cafeteria. Friendly people and paid trainng

    Cons

    Stress. Broken chairs. Desks of varying height. No raises EVER.

    Advice to Management

    Better communication. Less emphasis on agent failure to resolve things beyond the ability of the comany, nevermind the agent to reaolve.

    Pros

    It's a job not a good one but it's a check. I cannot tell you honestly I can state anything positive. Sorry.

    Cons

    Rules and policy changes. No raises. Ghetto unprofessional atmosphere. No empathy for employees. Micro managed atmosphere. Constant negative feedback. No future. Revolving door business.

    Advice to Management

    None. Management will not listen nor care about employees lives concerns or medical issues. They hire the disabled but penalize them when must seek medical attention
