Work at home. Paid every two weeks. Occasional incentives.

Although you have the ability to schedule yourself, be aware that restrictions have been placed now. You have to work a set number of hours and most are required on the weekends. Communication is horrible-either you hear nothing or are swamped by 72 emails about the same thing. Training is very poor. It is too basic and the trainers go on about their own things and convetsations.

Pros

The team I worked with were genuinely nice people who wanted to do good for their business

Management styles antiquated and little room for upward movement.
