      I had the opportunities to travel and set my own schedule. Descent pay!

      Poor management and lack of any structure.

      Pros

      Invests in employee training. Great place to learn bleeding edge technologies and methodologies. Grass roots start up culture with excellent co-workers.

      Cons

      Small company, expensive benefits. Like most companies, there's an inner circle... Little to zero feedback if you are doing a good/bad job. Expectations aren't communicated. Sales team lacking new business. Passive aggression from management can be discouraging due to hubris.

      Pros

      You can work form home when you want.

      Cons

      The management is extremely unprofessional. They make condescending jokes and comments to employees all the time. Makes for a very hostile work environment. They promise bonuses and do not give them. They kept pushing my raise back "6" months until I realized that I was not going to get one and left. You will not get paid competitively here, but you will work like you are.
