I worked at ARES full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good people to work with in my office. Flexible schedule. Offered an opportunity to be creative and learn new things.

    Cons

Management direction changed frequently. I found it necessary to balance their requests with what I was comfortable telling customers. High turnover.

    Advice to Management

Be more transparent about expectations during the interview process. If you have to fill a short term contract, tell the candidate employment could terminate with the contract. Not that they'll need to be entrepreneurial in 6 months.
