Company events, a lot of social events, like hikes, team building events, parties, plant trees and usually great team members with a positive vibe

Most (not all) managers are trying to work you like a horse, no real promotion or trainings, no career path for employees, no future beyond the project you were hired for. As soon as you get into senior level pay, they will try to persuade you to leave because they can hire 3 juniors, sell them as seniors and have a bigger profit margin.
