    Pros

    Great Benefits, relaxed work environment, commensurate salary, Leadership that is on the ball, and know the Value of IT, and Infrastructure policies. Managerment that cares more about getting things done, then just "The Process and Policies"

    Pros

    The "bonus" for staying on after the merger between ARRIS and our former company was helpful, but in light of later developments, not really enough.

    Cons

    ARRIS missed opportunities to leverage their experience and "clout" as a larger, well-financed company to really improve some of the business process and communication issues at our center. Center closed almost as soon as the merger ink was dry.
