I worked at ARS Marketing Group part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Very flexible with my school schedule.

    Cons

Dead end company. Started at $10/hr, ended at the same rate after 3yrs.

    Negative Outlook

    Pros

Easy to never come back to.

    Cons

Be ready to work 12 hours a day on commission, use your own car and money for bridge toll, hustle at gas station, if you are a woman and anger the boss...be ready to stand alone in a scary area for 12 hours and worry for your safety the whole time. Be ready for constant sexual harassment.

    Advice to Management

Closet he doors and get real world experience in a professional environment...you're doing it wrong.

  3. "terrible"

    Pros

they say that you have great opportunities to advance within. but no one ever stays there long enough to get that far

    Cons

They were very rude to employees. Really the only thing they cared about was selling their cans of car wax. it was solely commission based and the employees had to work over 12 hours a day at gas stations

    Advice to Management

Be a little nicer to employees if you ever want them to stick around longer that two weeks. maybe show them that even gtho you're working them bone dry all day you do care
